Lavelle Ford, DDS

Dr. Lavelle Ford founded the Central Texas Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic in 1996 upon his retirement from the U.S. Army. A graduate of Southern University, he entered the Medical Service Corp and served a tour in Vietnam before enrolling into Meharry’s Medical College School of Dentistry. Dr. Ford re-entered the Army as a Captain in the Army Dental Corp upon his graduation. In 1986, Dr. Ford completed a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Eisenhower Army Medical Center and in 1989 he was board certified as a Diplomate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Ford and his wife, Roberta, have three adult children and are proud grandparents of seven grandchildren.
